How do I set up my profile?
Visit our 'App Tutorial' page on this website for a detailed breakdown on how to get started on the Activemate App.
Why has the default meeting radius been set to 50 miles?
This is to ensure the venues are not too far away, limiting the distance and time of travel. This can be changed by clicking in the "within 50 miles" text.
Is there a way of adding an activity that isn't currently on the app?
Yes. On the app, go to 'profile' then press the plus beside 'My activities' then press 'suggest new activity' and tell us what you want. We will do our best to add it as soon as possible.
Can I use Activemate anywhere in the U.K.?
Yes, you can. You will be able to meet anyone within 50 miles radius of your location, unless you change the radius settings by tapping on the "within 50 miles" text.
What is the best way to contact Activemate?
Either go to our "contact" page on our website and send us an email or visit our social media accounts and drop us a DM.
How do I add more information about myself on my profile? I.e - The level I play my favourite sports at and my age.
You can press the hamburger menu, then, 'edit profile' and fill out the boxes accordingly. Please see our App tutorial video on our App tutorial page for more information on this.
